Form 25-NSE
The exchange's notice removing a security from listing, which usually marks the end of a liquidation.
Also written: form 25, delisting notice
Filed by the exchange rather than the company, a 25-NSE strikes the security from listing. Deregistration on Form 15 follows.
Seeing one for a SPAC that never announced a deal is the filing record's way of saying the trust went back to shareholders.
