What exactly is free?
The complete directory of U.S. SPACs, every company profile, the full screener, and 90 days of the deadline calendar. The filing feed is there on a 24-hour delay, and every filing links straight to the document on EDGAR — that link is never behind a plan on any tier. A free account also gives you a watchlist. No card, no trial clock.
Why is opening a filing not a paid feature?
Because it is a link to a public document on a government website, and we print the accession number beside it anyway. Charging for it would contradict the one thing this product sells, which is that every figure can be checked against its source. What is paid for is speed, breadth and the machine-readable routes.
Which plan is for a trading desk?
Pro, if the work happens in a browser and a spreadsheet: live filings, the full calendar, and CSV export of any screener result. Advanced, if it happens inside your own systems: the REST API, the MCP server for Claude and other assistants, and priority ingest.
What does Enterprise add over Advanced?
Seats. One subscription that you invite colleagues onto, rather than a licence each. Plus an unmetered API under fair use, a named contact with a response commitment, and invoice billing.
I already subscribe. Does my price change?
No, and neither does what you get. Anyone subscribed before 15 October 2026 keeps both the price they agreed and the full feature set as it stood that day — including the API and the MCP server, which are now on higher plans. That is held as a flag on the account, not as a promise someone has to remember.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Any time, from your account page. Changing plan is prorated by Stripe. On cancellation, billing stops at the end of the current period and the account reverts to free — you keep your watchlist and history.
Is this investment advice?
No. SPACListing is a reference-data product. We publish what issuers filed with the SEC, normalized and linked to the source document. We make no recommendation to buy or sell any security, and figures may be restated by the issuer at any time.
