Questions we get asked
What exactly is free?
The complete directory of U.S. SPACs, every company profile, the full screener with status, exchange, sector, trust size and deadline filters, and the SEC filing feed on a 24-hour delay, plus 90 days of the deadline calendar. A free account also gives you a watchlist that syncs across devices. No card, no trial clock.
What does Pro add?
The 24-hour embargo on the filing feed is removed, so filings appear within minutes of hitting EDGAR. The deadline calendar extends from 90 days to a full year, and you can export any screener result to CSV.
Why is it only $7.95?
Because the underlying data is public. We charge for the engineering that makes it usable in seconds rather than hours, not for access to filings the SEC publishes for free. Institutional vendors price comparable coverage in the thousands per seat; we would rather have the volume.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. Billing stops at the end of the current period and your account reverts to the free tier, and you keep your watchlist and history.
Do you offer team or API access?
Yes. Multi-seat licences and a REST API for programmatic access are available on request. Contact [email protected] with your desk size and use case.
Is this investment advice?
No. SPACListing is a reference-data product. We publish what issuers filed with the SEC, normalised and linked to the source document. We make no recommendation to buy or sell any security, and figures may be restated by the issuer at any time.
