SPACListing provides reference data about special purpose acquisition companies, compiled from public filings made with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Access is provided on a free tier and a paid tier.

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or research provider, and no content constitutes a recommendation to enter into any transaction. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

Data is compiled from third-party filings and is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Figures may be incomplete, delayed or superseded by a later filing. Always verify against the original document before acting.

You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in links are single-use and must not be shared. We may suspend an account that is used to redistribute data in breach of these terms.

The Pro tier costs $7.95 per month, billed in advance in U.S. dollars through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charge is made. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

You may use the data for internal research and analysis, including within your firm. You may not resell, sublicense or systematically redistribute the dataset, scrape the site outside of a licensed API, or present the data as your own product. Automated access outside a licensed API may be rate-limited or blocked.

The underlying filings are public documents in the public domain. The compilation, normalisation, classification, presentation and software are ours and are protected by copyright and database rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPACListing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any trading or investment loss, arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may amend these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a revised update date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
