Privacy policy

Account data: your email address, and optionally the firm name you supply at sign-up. Product data: the SPACs on your watchlist and your display preferences. Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store only a customer identifier, subscription status and renewal date, never card details.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path) retained for a short period for security and abuse prevention.

To authenticate you, to keep your watchlist, to take payment for a subscription you bought, and to keep the service secure. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payments and billing), and our hosting and email delivery providers. Each processes data only on our instructions.

We set a session cookie to keep you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the authenticated parts of the site and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Account and watchlist data are kept for as long as your account exists. Delete your account by emailing us and the record is removed, other than what we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Email [email protected] and we will action it.
